Shipping Policy
Processing Times All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Original Pastel Commissions Custom pet portrait commissions are handcrafted originals and require additional time. Please allow at least 4–6 weeks from sketch approval for completion. Commission pieces are carefully packaged with protective materials and shipped with signature confirmation required. Rush orders are not available for commissions due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Economy shipping 4–8 business days
- Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. For lost packages, please reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for shipment.
Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to make address changes once an order has been placed.
