Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selections
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Products where you ordered the incorrect color
We do accept replacement or refund requests for:
- Defective products (printing errors, manufacturing defects)
- Damaged items received
- Wrong item received (different product or design than ordered)
To request a replacement or refund for a qualifying issue: email us at iggyswingsstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll confirm the issue and arrange a replacement or refund within 3-5 business days.
Deposits on Commissioned Work
If you would like to commission me to do a portrait for you, a 50% deposit is due upon checking out. This is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel. No exceptions. The rest of the payment is due upon completion.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns/refunds on our custom portraits. These portraits are unique, one of a kind pieces of art tailored to your pet. You will receive a preview of the portrait prior to shipping, in which you can make changes and finally approve the portrait. Once you've approved the final piece and it's sent, you are obligated for the full payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
